InnoviCares – The innoviCares card is a free prescription savings card available to all Canadian residents, and is funded by participating pharmaceutical manufacturers.
PEI Home Renovation Programs – Provide financial assistance to home owners.
Social Assistance Program ( 1-877-569-0546) – Help individuals pay for basic needs (food, clothing, shelter) when they do not have enough money. Depending on financial need, individuals may also receive payment for childcare, medicine, and other living essentials.
Child Care Subsidy Program – Assists Islanders with the cost of child care and daycare services for children up to and including 12 year-olds.

PEI Home Care Program – Supports individuals and their caregivers to remain in their home safely, with independence and quality of life, for as long as possible.
AccessAbility Supports – Focus on empowering individuals living with disabilities to access the tools they need to reach their full potential and contribute to society as fully as possible.
Family Resources Centre Locations – Offer programs and resources for children and families. These include parent education and support groups, parent resources, prenatal nutrition programs, drop-in play, toy-lending libraries, and outreach for smaller Island communities. There are eight (8) Family Resource Centres in Prince Edward Island.
